Don’t forget to submit your favorite stunts for the 2021 Taurus World Stunt Awards.
The Submissions Deadline is Friday, March 19, 2021.
Submissions can be done here.
To help you with the submissions process, here are a few FAQs and a reminder about our adjusted eligibility dates and requirements for 2021.
In response to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19, the Taurus World Stunt Awards has adjusted some eligibility requirements for the 2021 awards.
• Eligibility Dates. A film is considered eligible if it was exhibited between January 1, 2020 and February 28, 2021.
• Theatrical Release. A film must have a theatrical release or a previously planned theatrical release but then was made available through commercial streaming or on “video on demand”.

Is there a time limit on submissions?
Yes, the total length of time to be reviewed must not be more than three (3) total minutes. The footage can include multiple segments or clips from an overall sequence but the total footage cannot equal more than three (3) minutes and must be part of the same sequence.
This will apply for all categories, with the exception of Best Overall Stunt Coordination and/or 2nd Unit Direction and Best Action in a Foreign Film. For these categories, the overall work of the entire film shall be considered.
Any submissions that do not include time codes or submit segments longer than three (3) minutes will be considered ineligible.
The submission form asks for the time in/out codes for the stunt. The film is not yet out on DVD so I don’t know the time in/out codes.
Most films are available on DVD, digital, or streaming this year. We highly encourage you to search for the film and provide the correct time in/out codes. For the few films that may not be available for viewing, we ask that you give as much information as possible about where in the film the stunt takes place and what is happening in the scene.
When are the 2021 Taurus World Stunt Awards? Will you have an event?
Our priority will always be the health and safety of the stunt community. We are closely following government guidelines for all events and will assess options as guidelines evolve. Please check the website for the latest information about the awards, including the event.
Do I need to be logged into the site or a member of the Taurus World Stunt Academy to submit a stunt for consideration?
No, you do not need to be a member or logged into the site. Anyone can submit a stunt for consideration.
Does it help a stunt if many people submit it for consideration?
No, a stunt will be given equal consideration no matter how many times it has been submitted. You do not need to submit a stunt multiple times by different people to help “campaign” for it to be nominated.
