Hero spikes a person headfirst into a running treadmill, sending him flying back, through a glass railing and 15 feet to the ground. The stunt was done in 2 pieces – for the first piece, the double did a scorpion faceplant fall and was yanked back on a wire, as soon as he hit the treadmill, sending him over the edge. The 2nd piece he was on a gold tail rig and he AND the camera fell 15 ft to the deck.
